Melodie and Ben obviously have gifts in songwriting and worship. But their gifts don't exist in a vacuum. Currently they choose to use them under Hillsong's umbrella. And that's a problem. It's a problem because Hillsong – which it says is one church with "locations" around the world – continues to do the bidding of its global senior pastors Brian and Bobbie Houston.Brian Houston from the beginning birthed Hillsong by preaching money, power and at the time sex ("Kingdom women love sex") to get started. Many seem to pretend that Hillsong is at its heart different to that now however it's a mirage. It's always been "whatever it takes" with Hillsong and if now there needs to preacher pastors around the world – at least some of whom preach orthodoxly – so be it. It helps to give the impression that Hillsong is at its heart ethical.But here is proof that it is not. Consider the fact that even in the last week Hillsong Channel has broadcast content from Joseph Prince, Joel Osteen, Creflo Dollar and none other than the great parasite for Jesus Brian Houston himself. That channel isn't Hillsong Sydney's channel – it is the channel of EVERY SINGLE HILLSONG LOCATION IN THE WORLD. And every single leader and worship leader who has signed up at Hillsong knew that Brian Houston preached a God first money second gospel and also knew that he provided oxygen to low life preachers like the ones I named. Hillsong reveals in this alone that it is corrupt at its core. All this happens while pastors are required to at least appear to succeed in their battle against selfish wants – it is therefore hardly surprising when one has failed to sustain the charade.I therefore suggest that no church should under the current circumstances have anything to do with Hillsong and its leaders and worship leaders. It's sad but they give us no choice. Only a complete clean out of leaders and worship leaders of Hillsong around the world AFTER BRIAN AND BOBBIE HOUSTON HAVE LEFT and disconnection from all low life preachers will see Hillsong restored to integrity.2 John vv10-11 tells us what welcoming them equals:ESVIf anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house or give him any greeting, for whoever greets him takes part in his wicked works.If Worship Together (which is run by Capital Christian Music Group – a record company) cannot give up the revenue that comes from having Hillsong on their books let them make their choices (but let every person reading this and wanting a faithful church take note). It's a slippery slope for them – they also have Passion on their books and Passion run conferences in which Hillsong – and Bethel Church (whose gospel of mushy supernatural kindness falls short of the holiness, justice, mercy and grace of the real gospel) are included. It's basically going to be carnage for a number of groups if they get real with Brian Houston and Bethel and those who give them oxygen. As you choose to have nothing to do with them remember that IT'S ALL THE DOING OF THESE GROUPS – THEIR CONTINUED DISOBEDIENCE AND REFUSAL TO IDENTIFY WITH THE GOSPEL HAS GIVEN OBEDIENT BELIEVERS NO CHOICE.
