Ohh my that's me "I'm a diamond in the rough." And I definitely, experienced an explosion. So, now I've been found and I need that someone to fight for me with thing's like this video's; healthy talks, tools and perspective's.I can't guess my way through this life-changing experience and if, you already been there before then maybe, your lessons can prevent me from making bad ones. My hope is to have people in my life that I get better because of the person in life and not get worst off. I already go to therapy and it works.

I had a light bulb moment today when a little voice said, you know that's the one when you can't bear to see another with them.

Relationships can be hard especially when you realize you are more needed than wanted. What i have found works “sometimes” is to let the person know that they are doing something wrong and call it to them. Why? Because either they don’t know that they do what they do or they think you don’t see right through their doing.

Wow! This session was amazing – it brought back lots of memories of being in a toxic relationship and wishing I had stepped away sooner and differently. I have to revisit this and make some thorough notes as you both have shared a lot of wisdom that I don’t ever want to forget.
